How to reach Udupi from Bangalore
430 kms, about 8 hours by Car.
There are Private and State Transport Buses. It will be a overnight journey. They normally start from Banaglore between 8.00 to 10.00 PM.

Above route goes via Tumkur/Shimoga/Thirthahalli/Agumbe.
There is an alternative route via Hasan/Managlore. This route is not preferred due to bad road conditions.
